style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon was licensed to commence teaching the Teaching Diploma program by <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/77.42.251.205\/Law.aspx?lawId=268366\"><b>Decision No. 773<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in October 2016, and the Teaching Diploma certificate was provisionally recognized by <\/span><a
