Transition From Vocational to Higher Education
Pathways from Technical Excellence to University
According to Decision 2013/780 issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, students holding a Technical Excellence certificate, who have obtained an overall average of at least 12/20 in the official examinations for this certificate, can equate their certificate according to the equivalency system in effect at the university, and enroll in university specializations as follows:

FROM BT TO HIGHER EDUCATION
According to Decree 2013/779 issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, students holding a Technical Baccalaureate certificate issued by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education can register in university programs / majors in the tracks determined by the Ministry as follows:

Pursuant to Article (4) of Decree 779/2013 issued by the Ministry of Education, students holding a Technical Baccalaureate certificate and registered in one of the university specializations must enroll in some complementary courses as follows:
