Assistant Professor Faculty of Management, Finance, and Economics

USAL is seeking a highly motivated and accomplished individual to join our academic community as an Assistant Professor. The appointee will contribute significantly to the university’s teaching, research, and service missions, advancing knowledge within their discipline while fostering an environment of academic excellence.

Teaching:
  • Deliver and develop high-quality undergraduate courses.
  • Actively participate in curriculum development and teaching quality assurance.
  • Serve as a personal academic adviser to students.
  • Supervise part-time instructors and contribute to departmental teaching administration.
Research:
  • Develop a nationally and internationally recognized research agenda.
  • Publish in leading peer-reviewed journals.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations within and beyond the university.
  • Present research at prominent conferences.
  • Act as a reviewer for academic publications and provide expert commentary to external organizations.
Service:
  • Participate in departmental, interdepartmental, and university-wide committees.
  • Collaborate with central administration on program development and student affairs.
  • Foster external engagement to support the university's broader strategic objectives.
  • PhD in Management, Business administration, Finance or related fields.
