The University of Science and Arts in Lebanon -USAL organized an interactive session titled “Self-Management: How to Build a Flexible Routine in Unstable Conditions” as part of the activities of the Health and Psychological Care Office. The session aimed to provide students with psychological and academic support during periods of crises and challenges.
This initiative reflects the university’s educational and humanitarian role, equipping students with practical tools to manage themselves and adapt to unstable circumstances. Students from various faculties and disciplines participated, with a focus on enhancing their resilience and continuity in daily and academic life.
The session covered a set of practical topics, including time management strategies, coping with stress and distractions, and developing daily habits that can adapt to sudden changes. The event also included interactive activities that encouraged students to share experiences and discuss the challenges they face, fostering a sense of support and psychological containment.
During the session, the university emphasized its ongoing commitment to launching initiatives and programs that provide psychological, social, and academic support for students.
