Decrees
The university is officially licensed by the relevant educational authorities and is committed to meeting approved academic and administrative standards to ensure the quality of education and the continuity of academic accreditation. It also ensures the periodic renewal of recognition in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory procedures, guaranteeing the ongoing accreditation of its academic programs, their alignment with modern higher education requirements, and strengthening the trust of students and partners in its educational outcomes.

Decisions and Decrees
The University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon was licensed by Decree (No. 1738) dated April 14, 2009.
The University received the authorization to commence teaching by Decision 1287 in September 2012.
The Bachelor’s degree in Media was provisionally recognized by Decision No. 46/22 in June 2016 and the university obtained the renewal of recognition by Decision No. 385 in March 2026.
The Bachelor’s degree in Education (Basic Education – First and Second Cycles) was provisionally recognized by Decision No. 52/28 in July 2016.
The Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science was provisionally recognized by Decision No. 52/25 in July 2016 and the university obtained the renewal of recognition by Decision No. 216 in February 2025.
The Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration was provisionally recognized by Decision No. 60/29 in September 2016.
The University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon was licensed to commence teaching the Teaching Diploma program by Decision No. 773 in October 2016, and the Teaching Diploma certificate was provisionally recognized by Decision No. 88/61 in December 2016 and the university obtained the renewal of recognition for the Teaching Diploma program Decision No. 386 in March 2026.
The University obtained the renewal of recognition for the Bachelor’s program in Education in the Basic Stage, with the addition of specializations in Early Childhood and Physical Education, by Decision No. 205 in June 2021.
The University was licensed to commence teaching the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Sciences by Decision No. 162 in March 2024.
