Admission Procedures
- Bachelor's Degree Student

Fill out the registration application form through the Student Information System.
02.
Visit the Registration Office to submit the required documents and schedule the placement exam.
03.
Visit the Accounting Office to pay the application and placement exam fees.
04.
Take the entrance exams on the scheduled date and wait for the results. The student will be notified of the results via email and SMS.
05.
Pay the registration fees for the semester at the Accounting Office (If the fees are covered by a sponsor, the student must submit proof of sponsorship to the Student Affairs Office).
06.
Register for courses through the Student Information System.
- Diploma Student
01.
Fill out the application form through the Student Information System.
02.
Visit the Registration Office to submit the required documents.
03.
Visit the Accounting Office to pay the application and semester registration fees (If the fees are covered by a sponsor, the student must submit proof of sponsorship to the Student Affairs Office).
04.
Register for courses through the Student Information System.
- Visiting or Audit Student
Students wishing to study at USAL outside the bachelor’s degree program can register for some university courses as visiting students or audit students.
Visiting students are subject to the university’s regulations regarding attendance, exams, and other requirements, while audit students can attend the courses without being subject to these regulations.
To register as a visiting or audit student, the student must:

Inquire at the Registration Office about the courses open to visiting/audit students.
02.
Fill out a visiting student registration form.
03.
Attach the registration form with an individual registration extract, a copy of the ID or passport, and two passport-size photos.
04.
Submit the application and documents to the Registration Office within the specified deadline.
05.
Conduct an interview with the program coordinator to determine the courses the student can register for based on their interests.
06.
Visit the Accounting Office to pay the registration fees for the courses after receiving a confirmation message from the Registration Office.
07.
Register for the courses on the Student Information System.
