As part of its ongoing efforts to promote diversity and cultural openness on campus, the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) organized the Culture Day event, held in a vibrant and creative atmosphere. The campus transformed into an interactive space where various cultures came together, featuring student groups representing different countries. Each group showcased elements of their heritage and cultural identity through performances that reflected their traditions, along with traditional foods, national attire, handicrafts, and more.
This event embodied the spirit of openness and diversity that USAL embraces, serving as an opportunity to foster cultural dialogue and meaningful connections among students.
At the conclusion of the event, the winning teams were announced following an evaluation based on creativity, quality of presentation, and audience engagement. The teams representing Morocco and Switzerland jointly earned first place for their impressive and well-rounded presentations, which beautifully captured the essence of their cultures and captivated the audience.
Culture Day was more than just an entertaining event—it was an educational and human experience that opened doors for students to explore the world and connect with one another, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.
