USAL and Istanbul Gedik University Discuss Future Partnerships

A delegation from the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) visited Istanbul Gedik University in Turkey, where a series of meetings were held with the International Relations Office and a number of faculty members from relevant academic departments.

The meetings addressed ways to enhance academic and institutional cooperation between the two universities, exchange expertise, and explore the possibility of launching joint academic partnerships, including student and faculty exchange programs, the implementation of shared educational and research initiatives, as well as collaboration in the areas of training, curriculum development, and the organization of scientific and cultural activities.

Both sides also emphasized the importance of building sustainable academic relationships that contribute to advancing the quality of higher education, promoting academic openness, and providing advanced educational and research opportunities aligned with the requirements of modern education and the global job market.

This step falls within the vision of the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon to expand international cooperation and establish effective partnerships with leading universities, in a way that positively reflects on the university’s academic and research journey and benefits its students.
