Community Agreements
USAL signed an Memorandum of Understanding agreement with the municipalities of Mreijeh, Tohweyteh Al-Ghadir, and Layleky, aimed at exchanging expertise and cooperating in engaging students to provide suggestions as solutions to the problems facing the surrounding community, through the establishment of projects that contribute to its development and improvement, in addition to several other points of cooperation.
USAL signed a memorandum of understanding agreement with the municipality of Burj Barajneh, within the framework of strengthening the relations between the university and the local community, including municipalities. Stemming from the university's belief in the necessity of pooling efforts and cooperation in order to provide services that contribute to the development of the community and transform it into a knowledge-based society.
The agreement aimed to enhance cooperation and exchange of expertise in the field of training and human skills development, work on providing seminars, conferences, and guidance and scientific workshops, and the need to cooperate in involving students in providing suggestions as solutions to the problems facing the surrounding environment through their projects, serving the community, in addition to several other points of cooperation.
The university signed a memorandum of understanding agreement with Al-Ghobeiry Municipality, within which it provides services including scholarships for top-performing and social cases, as well as organizing workshops and educational courses. In addition to linking the graduation projects prepared by the students with goals that the municipality works to achieve.
The university signed a memorandum of understanding agreement with the Syndicate of Specialists in Human Resource Management in Lebanon, which provides an opportunity for university students to receive training and guidance on the latest techniques in the field of human resource management from specialists in this field.
The university signed a memorandum of understanding agreement with the health centers affiliated with the Al-Mabarrat Association to benefit from their capabilities in the field of training nursing students/healthcare sciences program at the university, and to utilize their expertise to support students with the necessary resources for success in the job market, and to strengthen the ties between the two parties. The agreement also included several cooperative articles.
The agreement included the health centers affiliated with the association, which are as follows:
Al-Abbas Social Health Center - Yater, South.
Imam Al-Hussain Social Health Center - Jallala, Bekaa.
Fatima Al-Zahra Social Health Center (Dar Al-Aman Nursing Home for the Elderly) - Al-Abbasiyah, South.
Al-Sayyida Zainab Social Health Center - Juwayya, South.
Dar Al-Ra'fah Social Health Center - Bint Jbeil, South.
USAL and Al-Haia Al-Sohiya signed a memorandum of understanding agreement related to the exchange of advisory services within the framework of the expertise and capabilities available to each of the two parties, and coordination to hold relevant seminars, conferences, and workshops, as well as in the field of training students of the Health Sciences Department/Nursing Program on the technical aspects related to the profession, in order to enhance their capabilities for success in the job market. The agreement also included several cooperative articles between the two parties.

The university signed a memorandum of understanding agreement with the Al-Taakhi Medical Center, which allows students from the Health Sciences Department/Nursing Program to benefit from the experiences of its staff, through training in its affiliated institutions and facilities. The two parties also agreed to cooperate in providing advisory services within the framework of available expertise and capabilities, as well as enhancing cooperation in the field of graduation projects, in addition to a number of other areas of cooperation.

Academic and Industrial Partnerships
A partnership agreement was signed between the University and the EC-Council organization, with the aim of enabling students to benefit from the educational resources in the fields of Ethical Hacking, Network Security, Digital Forensics, and other advanced areas of cybersecurity. Additionally, students can obtain accredited certificates from EC-Council, which are recognized by major global companies such as NASA, Microsoft, IBM, Accenture, and others.
The University signed a partnership agreement with the global leader in the field of networks, CISCO, under which the CISCO Networking Academy was established at the University under the name "USAL CISCO Networking Academy".
The CISCO Networking Academy provides students with the opportunity to train on advanced network technologies and obtain a globally recognized certification from CISCO. The Academy's programs equip the enrolled students with 21st-century skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, and self-learning, through practical activities that simulate real-world situations, which increases their chances of securing jobs in leading global companies and institutions in the fields of information technology and communications.

The University signed a partnership agreement with ORACLE, one of the prominent companies in the field of information technology systems, based on which the USAL ORACLE Academy was established.
The Academy offers globally-recognized computer science education programs and provides the university students with a number of educational and research resources, with the aim of developing their skills in using the computer science applications that are widely used in many modern industries. It also offers them the opportunity to obtain the globally recognized ORACLE certification.
To support continuous learning in the field of computer science, the Academy also provides training programs for computer science teachers, to help them stay up-to-date with the developments in the world of information technology.
The partnership with SimBrAIn Solutions, a company specialized in the fields of software solutions and artificial intelligence, aims to enhance graduating students in the areas of field training and curriculum development, as well as to exchange academic and professional expertise. The goal is for students to acquire the most important knowledge and skills required in the job market during their studies, making them strong competitors to enter the job market through its wide doors.
A partnership contract was signed between the University and the local company operating in the field of digital systems "Integrated Digital Systems". The partnership contract stipulates mutual cooperation between the two parties, in the field of preparing scientific research in information technology, developing academic programs, and professional training for university students, with the aim of increasing their practical efficiency and qualifying them to face the challenges of the labor market.
The goal of the agreement is to cooperate in the field of training university students in the institutions and facilities affiliated with the Heritage Village of Lebanon, and to exchange the available expertise and capabilities of the two teams. It also aimed to benefit from the facilities and expertise of the staff at the Heritage Village for educational purposes related to the hotel management program offered by the university, in addition to providing advisory services within the framework of the available expertise and capabilities of the two teams.

Academic Agreements
USAL, represented by the University President Dr. Mohammed Reda Fadlallah, signed a cooperation agreement with the Université Saint Joseph in Beirut, represented by the University President Father Salim Daccache, and with the Syndicate of Corrective Educators in Lebanon, represented by the Syndicate President Dr. Asma Mjaa'ess Azar.
The agreement aimed to enhance cultural, scientific, and artistic cooperation and exchange between the three parties as educational partners, to activate the role of corrective education and develop the related curricula in both universities in cooperation with the Syndicate, in addition to the exchange of educational resources, the dissemination of scientific research, and the preparation of a joint training course or unit targeting students of both universities, covering the introduction to the profession of the corrective educator, its skills, role, tasks, and professional literature. To strengthen the relationship between the two institutions, the teams agreed on several items of cooperation.
USAL signed a cooperation agreement with Bahman Hospital. The purpose of the agreement is to facilitate all the requirements needed by the students of the Nursing Sciences program, and to ensure the training of students during their years of study and within their curriculum, in addition to providing academic consultations through the medical and nursing staff, and securing doctors to teach the courses according to the needs of the Nursing Science program. The agreement also allows the Nursing Sciences students at the university to attend the medical lectures presented by the hospital for its medical and nursing staff.
USAL signed a cooperation agreement with the Syrian Organization for Persons with Disabilities - Amal.
The purpose of the agreement is to achieve constructive scientific cooperation between the two teams through the Vocational Rehabilitation Program in Alternative Care and empowering children with autism spectrum disorder. This program includes conducting training courses and theoretical and applied research workshops, in order to enhance the quality of services provided to people with autism spectrum disorder.
The goal of this agreement is to qualify human resources who will obtain a Vocational Rehabilitation Program certificate in empowering children with autism spectrum disorder, issued by USAL, for graduates from Syrian universities with bachelor's and master's degrees.
USAL and Al-Kut University College signed an agreement to enhance scientific cooperation. The agreement stipulates cooperative clauses between the two parties, including conducting joint research and exchanging expertise, enhancing cooperation with research and production institutions for training and planning, exchanging student delegations for academic and cultural visits, in addition to the contracting parties benefiting from exchanging books, publications, scientific journals, and research findings in scientific fields, as well as organizing joint conferences, seminars, and faculty fellowships.
