The Student Affairs Office is responsible for the non-academic aspects of the student's university life. It is responsible for organizing student activities, providing support and guidance for establishing various types of clubs (social, cultural, artistic, and athletic), and guiding students in the psychological, social, and professional fields. Additionally, it manages scholarship programs that help students overcome issues related to tuition fees, and provides support for specific groups of applicants with special needs.

The office also works to provide support for graduating students and train them on the skills required in the job market.

Duties of the Student Affairs Office:
  • Organizing student activities in various fields, such as holding cultural competitions, organizing seminars, lectures, and exhibitions, and screening meaningful films.
  • Organizing workshops in various fields aimed at developing students' personal and professional skills.
  • Providing guidance and support for the formation of various student clubs (social, cultural, athletic, and artistic) and following up on their work.

The Office of Development and Quality Assurance at the University is responsible for setting the University's policies and procedures that govern its operations, as well as ensuring their proper implementation. Its work is based on coordination and consultation with internal stakeholders in the academic, administrative, and financial departments.

Tasks of the Office of Development and Quality Assurance:
  • Conducting the necessary research to prepare policy projects and monitor their potential legal implications and areas of impact on the various processes within the University.
  • Formulating, reviewing, and updating policies, procedures, and guidance manuals as needed, and disseminating them through the approved channels.
  • Monitoring the implementation challenges that employees in the various departments may face regarding compliance with systems and policies and the application of procedures, and proposing possible solutions.
  • Conducting the necessary studies to develop job structures and providing recommendations in this regard.
  • Preparing the job descriptions for all of the University's positions and reviewing them periodically.
  • Contributing to enhancing the University's electronic systems in line with the policies and procedures in place.
  • Providing guidance and assistance to the various departments regarding understanding policies and solving problems related to the implementation of procedures.

  • Planning to determine the university's job requirements and managing the recruitment process.
  • Preparing a database that includes all necessary information about all employees and updating it periodically for reference when needed.
  • Conducting a survey of employees' training needs and preparing professional development plans.
  • Coordinating with specialized entities to provide training programs, follow up on their organization, and monitor the impact of training and the extent of its benefits.
  • Planning to implement the performance evaluation process and overseeing its implementation.
  • Preparing seasonal and annual employment contracts and renewing them as needed.
  • Ensuring the implementation of the salary, ranking, and incentive system.
  • Issuing periodic reports on the extent of employees' commitment to the approved attendance schedules and following up on the commitment to implementing the applicable system.

The Information Technology Office at the University aims to provide innovative and secure technological solutions to support the educational, administrative, and research operations. The Office is committed to keeping up with the latest technological developments in the field of information technology, in an effort to ensure quality services that can enhance the administrative and academic processes at the University, and transition them from the traditional (paper-based) to the electronic state by adopting modern technologies that are simple and easy to use.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Information Technology Office:
  • Explore the application and operational problems related to information technology and work on resolving them.
  • Regularly upgrade the software and operating systems.
  • Provide technical support to employees in using computers, software, and other communication equipment.
  • Train employees (as needed) on various information and communication technology applications.
  • Create email accounts for new users.
  • Secure the electronic and technological needs of the University departments, and provide technical support for all office-related applications and their operational requirements.
  • Maintain a database of all the electronic devices used in the University.
  • Monitor the periodic and preventive maintenance of the devices and supporting operating systems to ensure their effectiveness, and modify and update them to achieve the required efficiency.
  • Oversee the equipment and tools related to electronic communication and server operations at the University.
  • Troubleshoot internet and network issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Verify the security of the University's systems and ensure they are not compromised, and develop all necessary precautions and alternative solutions in case of any emergency.

The Digital Media and Advertising Office is responsible for achieving the media objectives of the University through managing its digital media platforms, such as its website and social media accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and others.

Duties of the Digital Media Office:
  • Manage the university's social media accounts and website.
  • Maintain high-quality university pages on social media and the website.
  • Prepare digital projects to highlight the university's achievements and areas of excellence, or for other targeted objectives.
  • Coordinate with all university units to publish news about the university's activities, events, and occasions on social media and the university website.
  • Produce appropriate media content for social media pages and for radio and television (videos, ads, video reports, documentaries, etc.).
  • Produce communication materials for all departments responsible for communicating with the university's internal and external audience.
  • Prepare publications targeting potential students (digital and print communication materials related to student recruitment).
  • Prepare informative newsletters, guides, posters, and graduation publications.

The University Treasury Office is responsible for executing the financial procedures related to the student, such as collecting registration fees, credit hour costs, and financial obligations associated with studies, as well as following up on fee payments from students or sponsoring organizations. It also handles the university's payments and purchases.

The Office of Logistical Services is responsible for managing a set of support services that contribute to the management of the university's non-academic activities. It provides logistical support to all university units, facilitating their performance of tasks and the achievement of their desired objectives.

The department is responsible for overseeing several service offices, such as Procurement, Warehouse Management, Cleaning Services, and the Cafeteria. It works on developing plans and programs that organize the work of employees within the logistical services, and ensures the proper functioning of these services.

Tasks of the Office of Logistical Services:
  • Supervising the cleanliness of the university's facilities and premises, developing work programs to organize the work of cleaning staff, and overseeing their performance.
  • Supervising the work of the Procurement Officer in terms of soliciting price quotes, securing the university's needs for tools and supplies, and monitoring price movements between institutions.
  • Supervising the work of the Warehouse Keeper in terms of conducting entry, storage, and preservation operations for various supplies in the warehouse, organizing the warehouse records related to the entry and exit of supplies, following up on ensuring the availability of materials that are about to be depleted in the warehouse, and conducting the annual inventory process.
  • Supervising the work of the Cafeteria in terms of food safety and the quality of the services provided, and working to develop and improve the services offered.
