The University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon -USAL organized the Community Engagement Fair, bringing together more than 20 organizations to connect directly with students, faculty, and members of the local community. The fair aimed to enhance opportunities for volunteerism, civic participation, and creating a positive social impact across various sectors.
Participants had the opportunity to explore community initiatives in fields such as education, health, sustainability, and youth empowerment, with interactive booths and mini workshops enabling direct engagement and knowledge exchange.
Through this experience, students and community members discovered innovative and effective ways to participate in community projects and contribute to improving the lives of others, reflecting USAL’s commitment to developing students’ social responsibility and leadership skills.
This initiative aligns with the university’s vision to integrate community engagement into higher education and build strong connections between students and community organizations, fostering sustainable social change.
