University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon -USAL participated in the high school graduation ceremony organized by Ghobeiry Municipality, in a festive atmosphere attended by a large number of educational and social figures as well as students’ families.
This participation reflects the university’s commitment to strengthening its partnership with the local community and supporting initiatives that honor students’ efforts and celebrate their academic achievements. In this context, the university awarded scholarships to students who excelled in the official examinations, encouraging them to continue their educational journey, in addition to offering social scholarships aimed at supporting students with limited resources and providing them with the opportunity to pursue higher education.
The university was represented at the event by the Vice President for Student Affairs, Dr. Nasri Harb, who shared in the joy of students and their families on this achievement. His presence reaffirmed the university’s mission of serving the community and its role in empowering youth by providing an educational environment that nurtures and supports their aspirations.
As a gesture of appreciation for the university’s efforts in supporting students, the Mayor of Ghobeiry, Mr. Ahmad Al-Khansa, presented a commemorative shield to the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon -USAL, underscoring its active role in promoting educational opportunities and establishing a constructive partnership with the local community.
USAL remains dedicated to being a key partner in its students’ journey, not only by offering high-quality academic programs but also through scholarship initiatives that embody its vision of making education accessible to the widest possible segment of young people, thereby contributing to the development of a knowledgeable and engaged generation within society.
