USAL Activates Partnership Agreement with Yaşar University through On-Site Visit

As part of the ongoing efforts to activate the cooperation agreements previously signed between the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon -USAL and Yaşar University in the Republic of Turkey, Dr. Hadi Harb, Coordinator of the Accounting and Finance Program at the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences, conducted an official visit to Yaşar University’s campus in the city of Izmir, Turkey.

The visit aimed to explore practical ways to implement the terms of the agreement and to expand avenues of joint collaboration, particularly in academic and educational fields, as well as in the exchange of expertise and resources between the two faculties. During his visit, Dr. Harb met with several academic officials at Yaşar University, where they discussed methods of academic program coordination and explored opportunities for developing joint tracks in accounting and finance. They also examined the potential for faculty and student exchange.

Discussions also included the possibility of organizing joint workshops and training sessions, as well as engaging in applied research projects that would benefit both institutions and enhance students’ access to diverse learning environments.

This visit marks a new step in USAL’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its international collaborations with partner universities—efforts that align with the university’s vision of openness to global experiences and commitment to providing quality educational opportunities for its students through sustainable strategic partnerships.
