As part of its continuous efforts to empower youth and enhance their readiness for the job market, the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) delivered an interactive workshop titled “Communication Skills & Professional Etiquette.” The session aimed to equip students with essential soft skills required in professional environments.
Students were introduced to effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, professional etiquette, and strategies to build self-confidence during interviews and workplace interactions. The workshop also included practical activities designed to strengthen their professional presence and ability to engage effectively in various work settings.
This initiative reflects USAL’s commitment to developing students’ personal and professional competencies and preparing them to integrate confidently and competently into the labor market.
