USAL Professors Participate in Workshop on E-Assessment Quality

A number of professors from the University of Science and Arts in Lebanon (USAL) participated in a specialized training workshop entitled “Quality and Reliability of Electronic Academic Program Assessment,” organized by the Lebanese National Commission for UNESCO in collaboration with the Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science (ALECSO).

The workshop aimed to enhance the capacities of academic staff in developing electronic assessment mechanisms and ensuring their accuracy and reliability, in line with international standards in higher education. It included interactive sessions and practical presentations covering the latest tools and methodologies used for assessing academic programs electronically.

The participating professors highlighted that this workshop represents a valuable contribution to the university’s efforts to update assessment systems, enhance educational quality, and develop academic practices that keep pace with the rapid digital transformation in higher education.
