The University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon-USAL organized a practical training session titled “From University to Career Life: How to Build Your Future Path?” led by leadership skills trainer Ms. Maria Banouyan, with the participation of a group of students from various majors.
The training aimed to help students discover their potential and develop their personal and professional skills, with a focus on setting a clear plan for their post-graduation career paths.
The session included interactive activities and hands-on exercises that enabled participants to identify their strengths and choose career roles aligned with their ambitions. It also provided practical advice on writing effective CVs, preparing for interviews, and building professional networks.
